Jeff Piontek has worked in education for over 20 years. He has policy experience with State Departments of Education and Ministries of Education. Appointed by the Governor of Hawaii to the workforce development council, he guided the development of innovation and technology integration across the curriculum. Jeff is the former Director of Instructional and Informational Technology for the NYC DOE and State Science Specialist for the Hawaii DOE. He has spoken as the keynote at several conferences, including ISTE, NSTA, ASDL, and ICT Qatar. He spoke at TEDx on “Educating Jetson’s Children in Flintstone Schools: Innovation and Change.
